SKIN DISEASES

The Kamolot-Salomatlik clinic conducted observations on 20 patients with various forms of pyoderma (furunculosis, hidradenitis, abscesses, osteofolliculitis, staphyloderma).
  • 16 patients had an acute disease course, and 4 had chronic pyoderma.
  • Results after the first session: Significant pain and swelling reduction around lesions in acute cases.
  • Second day: Two patients with furuncles (22.2%) showed regression, and their infiltrates completely resolved by day 3.
  • Patients with abscesses or draining ulcers: By day 2, purulent exudate cleared, and by days 3-4, ulcers began to heal.
  • No induration or scarring at the base of healed abscesses or furuncles.
  • Average treatment duration: 3.5 ± 0.3 days.
  • Chronic cases: New eruptions appeared during the first 3-4 days, dried up by days 6-7, and were fully cleared by day 13.4 ± 3.2.
  • A 3-month follow-up showed no disease recurrence.

Trophic ulcers:
  • 15 patients, with ulcers caused by diabetes (7 cases) or varicose veins (7 cases).
  • Ulcers present for 2 months to 2 years.
  • 12 patients had purulent-coated ulcers, while 3 had serous discharge.
  • Ulcer sizes: 3 to 7 cm in diameter.
  • Edema and redness subsided within 5-7 days of therapy.
  • Ulcers cleared of purulent discharge by days 10-15.
  • Therapy duration: 20-50 days.

Results:
  • 80% of cases: Complete ulcer healing.
  • 20% of cases: Ulcers shrank to 1 cm, with granulation tissue formation.
Two children with trophic ulcers on the soles were treated at Samarkand Medical Institute, achieving complete healing within 10-12 sessions.
